I received a guided self-care journal for Christmas and using it everyday has helped me with keeping up with practicing self-care. The journal, "Choose You" by Sara Robinson, taught me that there are multiple types of self-care. There is not just one set definition of self-care and it can be different for everyone. The journal also helps you organize your emotions felt throughout the entire experience. If you are starting out with journaling, I definitely recommend "Choose You" because of how simple and informative it is! Each week I will be sharing the types of self-care explained in the journal, so stay tuned!
