Meet Alli Jones
Hi! I am the creator of "Affirmations With Alli". I created this program to share mindfulness exercises and tips. I want everyone to have the access to resources that allow for growth and empowerment. I know what it is like to struggle with being mindful, but I have learned to be present in "the now" through mindfulness exercises. While I am not an expert on mindfulness, I have done thorough research and found many exercise that have worked for me and will hopefully help you as well! As I grow and find more resources, I hope that you can follow along and share your mindfulness journey as well. :)
