Write the type of self-care activity you chose: Emotional, mental, physical, practical, social, or spiritual.
Write your self care activity and your takeaway from doing that activity. For example, if you want to make that activity a regular activity, for special occasions, try again on a different day or if that activity is not for you.
Use a word to describe how you felt before, during, and after.
Finish the sentence, "This was just what I needed because..."
